Ten years ago, the whole alcohol production industry would have said "impossible". Now it's here, the first 24 hour turbo yeast for home distillers, brought to you by Hambleton Bard. It is not the first time - fermenting 20% alcohol was also considered impossible ten years ago and the industry could hardly believe it when we brought out the Alcotec 8 that did the job.
