Turbo Yeast for making moonshine: |
|
Home moonshine making has taken another step forward. With the new Alcotec 23% turbo pure, it is now possible to break the magical 20% alcohol barrier by fermentation alone. This will take your reflux still to new heights! The new Alcotec 23% turbo yeast is based around a completely new class of recipes containing activated carbon, present during fermentation. Together with new yeast strains and a different kind of trace minerals, we are now able to make more alcohol from a fermentation than ever before and when used with quality distillation equipment for making moonshine, like a good reflux still - it will produce more alcohol than ever before. |

Forget what the home distillation handbook says about maximum alcohol. With Alcotec 23%, the worlds first true above-20%-alcohol turbo yeast, you can now push the alcohol yield above all previous limits, especially if you use a reflux still. Instructions:

Stacking: Don't even think about it. This turbo is so extreme, it is optimized for 25 litres and it will overheat grossly if you try to ferment a larger volume A mucy better option is using Alcotec 48. This turbo will handle stacking to some extent, but the recipe still takes a certain amount of tweaking (suggestion is to add max 6-7 kgs of sugar per 25 litres and don't ferment over 100 litres). You may still get some residual sugar but the overall result will be better. |

As an alternative to reverse osmosis water filtration, you can use our activated carbons. They come in either consumer or bulk pack. The main use is for alcohol, but our activated carbon is also well suited to water purification use. Get your activated carbon filters from us, whether for industrial (bulk packed activated carbon) or consumer use. |
