How to make moonshine without distillation: |

This is not a turbo yeast for making moonshine with a reflux still. It is a complete pack - also called a moonshine kit or high alcoholkit - for producing up to 20% pure alcohol without the need for a reflux still (distillation). It includes the same technology we use in our turbo yeasts but without distillation, several other components are necessary to make alcohol pure enough to flavour with essences. |

The Alcotec Spirit Kit contains a specialised 5-litre turbo for pure high alcohol fermentation. It also contains a stabiliser, a unique 3-stage fining agent and our highly specialised liquid activated carbon filtration solution for filtering out the final impurities. This kit will make 5 litres of up to 20% very pure alcohol by fermentation only - so it will be legal in most countries in the world even if distillation is not (you will have to check the status of this in your own country). The spirit kit contains all you need, except normal sugar and pure water, to produce 5 litres of 20% alcohol which can then be flavoured with any essence you prefer into (low alcohol) Gin, Whisky, Rum etc - or by simply adding sugar + essence you can make normal strength liqueurs. |
